Internet Crashes and PC Freezes after use of WiFi

Hi,

Whenever I download something extensive it crashes my internet and freezes my computer. By crashing my internet I mean the entire connection doesn't show up on any devices for about 2-3 minutes.

Also, my computer that I'm downloading stuff on freezes and the only thing I can do do restart it is to pull the plug, which is painful every time.

I honestly don't know what the problem is.
